• Has written a handbook for healthcare organizations to implement Clinical Practice Guidelines, a checklist method for evidence based clinical process improvement. Led several hospital clinical process improvement projects.
• Identified and quantified the amount of time operating room management & staff dedicated to supply chain activities in 500 bed hospital.
• Led transformation of large multi-hospital system decentralized medical ground and air services to an integrated system wide medical transportation business unit.
• Provided executive leadership to develop the mission, vision, strategy, goals and objectives, metrics and implementation plan for a new Supply Chain Shared Service Organization for a multi-hospital system with $2 billion in annual revenues.
• Directed and led the supply chain cost improvement efforts for a nine-hospital network resulting in cost savings of more than $15 million in the first year of operation.
• Led process for eSourcing company selection, created strategy and led eSourcing events to demonstrate eSourcing effectiveness.
• Procurement card implementations for multi-hospital systems.
